"Great if you're new"
I’m still new to fitness, and Mind Pump made it feel way less overwhelming. Clear advice, no talking down, just easy stuff I could actually follow. Definitely helped me finally get going.

"Decent, but not as in-depth as I hoped"
I really wanted to like this more, but a lot of the content feels surface level. They do explain fitness topics in a simple, easy-to-follow way, which isn’t a bad thing, but I was expecting more detail and actual breakdowns. Some episodes are definitely useful, so I’m not saying it’s all bad, but if you’re looking for deeper education, they kind of drop the ball there. It ends up feeling more like casual fitness chat than something that really teaches you.

"Easy to work into my week"
I’ve been using Mind Pump Media for a little while now, i really like how it fits into my schedule without taking over my life. The workouts are easy to follow and simple to plan around work, family, and all the usual day-to-day stuff. I can actually stay consistent without feeling like I need to spend hours working out every day. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"What I’ve appreciated about Mind Pump is that..."
What I’ve appreciated about Mind Pump is that it doesn’t make you feel like you need a full gym or a bunch of expensive equipment just to get started. That took a lot of pressure off for me, because it made working out feel more like something I could actually build into my life instead of another thing I had to prepare perfectly for.
Most of the workouts I’ve used only call for simple stuff like dumbbells, bands, or a barbell if you happen to have one. And when I didn’t have the exact setup, there were usually options that still made sense, which really helped when I was training at home.
Overall, it feels practical, clear, and not overcomplicated. I like that it keeps the focus on consistency and doing the work, rather than convincing you that you need more gear before you can make progress.

"Finally Taking Recovery Seriously"
I originally started listening to Mind Pump just to get some new workout ideas, but funny enough, the stuff that really stuck with me was all their talk about mobility and recovery. I used to be the person who skipped warmups, ignored stretching, and just kept lifting even when I was sore all week.
After hearing them break it down in a way that actually made sense, I started adding in simple warmups, a little stretching, and some lighter days without feeling like I was being lazy. My shoulders and hips feel so much better now, and I’m really glad I stumbled onto them...
"Entertaining, though a little hit or miss"
I mostly listen to Mind Pump for the podcast side of it, and overall it’s fun to have on. The guys definitely wander off topic a lot, which can be entertaining, but sometimes I’m also waiting for them to get back to the main point. Not every episode really grabs me, but there are enough good moments that I keep coming back

"Honestly changed the way I think about fitness"
I’ve been following Mind Pump for a while now, and the mindset stuff has been a game changer. I used to spiral over every little workout decision like it was life or death, but now I’m finally focusing on small habits I can actually stick with. It feels like real advice from normal people, not that cheesy fake motivation nonsense. I’m seriously so glad I found them...

"Easy to Follow Workout Guidance"
I really like that the exercise instructions are explained in plain, normal language. There’s not too much gym jargon, and they usually point out what you should be feeling and what mistakes to watch out for. It makes trying new moves feel a lot less like guessing, if that makes sense. Super helpful for my workouts.

"Refund was taken care of quickly"
I forgot to cancel and ended up getting billed, so I contacted support without really knowing if they’d be able to help.
They replied quickly and didn’t make it awkward or complicated. They checked my account, let me know the refund would be processed, and a few days later it was back on my card.
it was a relief. Billing issues are usually a pain, but this was handled in a simple and fair way. Overall, I had a good experience.

"Helped me train smarter without wrecking myself"
I started listening to Mind Pump a while back, maybe sometime last year or the year before, I can’t remember exactly. What I like is they’re always talking about form, warming up properly, and not forcing workouts when your body is clearly telling you something’s off. That’s helped me slow down a bit and fix some bad habits I didn’t even realize I had. Not every episode is something I’m super interested in, but overall the advice feels practical and way more realistic than a lot of fitness stuff out there.

"Well... easy to fit into my schedule"
Well... I had to move a few workouts around to fit my week, and it still worked out really well. Super easy to adjust without feeling like I messed up the plan...

"Quick and Helpful Support"
I had an issue and they got back to me really fast. Everything was fixed the same day, which I appreciated. Really solid support experience

"Honestly, super easy to use"
The site and app are both really easy to use, and I don’t have any real complaints. Everything worked smoothly, which is such a relief because complicated apps can drive me absolutely insane. This one was simple, straightforward, and didn’t make me want to throw my phone across the room
"Helpful basics, but I wanted a bit more depth"
For me, the nutrition guidance had some useful reminders, especially around getting enough protein, watching calories, and not stressing too much over every single meal. That said, a lot of it felt general from my perspective. If you’re already familiar with the basics, I’m not sure it’ll feel like a ton of new information. A few points also seemed to come up more than once. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was bad at all, just not especially impressive for what I was hoping for. I think it’s probably a good fit for beginners, but personally I was looking for a little more detail.

"Finally Making Progress"
I’m really grateful for this program. It’s helped me get stronger without feeling completely worn out every week, which has been such a relief. The workouts are simple to follow, and for the first time in a while, I’m actually seeing steady progress.

"Feels like talking to actual people"
That’s what I like most. The trainers don’t sound like some scripted fitness bots. Just normal guys talking you through stuff. Simple advice, no weird hype. Makes it easier to trust them. And actually follow what they’re saying.

"I’ve been following Mind Pump for…"
I’ve been following Mind Pump for a while now, the community’s probably my favorite part. Whenever I’m feeling stuck or just not motivated, there’s always someone sharing helpful advice or cheering others on. It doesn’t feel fake or judgy at all, it feels like real people trying to help each other out. It’s helped me stay way more consistent than I thought it would...

"Actually stuck with it"
I liked how the workouts kind of build on each other each week, like you can tell there’s an actual plan behind it and not just random exercises thrown together. I started out thinking I’d probably fall off after a few days, but then, it was just easy to follow, so I kept going. Really solid if you want something that feels doable but still progresses.

"Pretty straightforward about it"
I don’t know, from what I saw, Mind Pump was clear about what they were selling. The sales stuff didn’t feel hidden or weird, and the emails seemed upfront enough. It made it easier to decide without feeling like I was being pushed into anything.

"Sound and video could be better"
The audio is kind of muffled a lot of the time, and the video cuts feel a bit all over the place. It’s not terrible or anything, but I was expecting it to be a little more polished
